Decimus, a former Thaedian Legionary, is a Priest of the Elemental known to it's followers as "Vulcestus, the Flamelord". Decimus has often said that his Diety teaches that Death is a natural part of Life, however is not the end. That through fury and flames, all can walk a path of perpetual improvement, be reborn and ascend. Cults of Vulcestus were once common among the Legion, though it's Priests were not. Why Decimus left the Legion to travel to the Weft is unknown.
Since his arrival in the Weft, he has made agreements with the major factions found therein, that he may walk the field of battle and heal any and all who have fallen, regardless of their allegiance, a service many find a boon. In return he asks nothing, but to not be interrupted in his Worship and mission to see all Warriors learn and grow through their failures. He's made his mark as a true "Neutral" party in the Weft.
